How much space is required?

Accepted Answer

60 square feet minimum per hole is required. Our standard hole is 2.5x8.5 feet. Add some space for walking around, and each hole takes up 6x10 feet, or 60 square feet.

3 holes requires 180 square feet. (Think the size of a large bedroom) This fits in a portion of driveway, small room, or patio.

9 holes requires 540 square feet. (Think the size of about 4 parking spaces) This will fit in a driveway, large room, a small portion of a gym or banquet room.

18 holes requires 1,080 square feet. (Think about 1/4 of a full size basketball court).

The layout of the holes is flexible and can be spaced out to best fit the area.

What is included with the course?

The holes, putters, balls, obstacles, scorecards, pencils, and an attendant. Basically everything!

What areas do you serve?

Missouri/Illinois: We serve the greater St. Louis Metro area, Columbia, Jefferson City, and Rolla. We are based in St Louis, and delivery fees may apply for areas outside the greater St. Louis Metro.

Iowa: We serve most of Iowa. This includes Des Moines, Ames, Marshalltown, Cedar Rapids, Waterloo, Iowa City, Council Bluffs and most of the state. We are based in Ames, and delivery fees may apply for areas outside Ames and Des Moines greater metro area.

Greater delivery radius: Larger delivery fees will apply. We can travel to Illinois, Minnesota, Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, Wisconsin.

What days are you available?

We are available 365 days a year, including holidays. Always book early before we run out of availability!

Additional fees may apply on holidays or for late night rentals.

Do you set up indoors or outdoors?

All of our courses can be set up indoors or outdoors, and are weatherproof.

Question 6

What is the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel your booking up to 14 days before the event. The booking deposit is non-refundable, but can be applied to a future event. If cancelled within 14 days of the event, you will be charged 50% of the total cost, but this can also be applied to a future event.

What kinds of events do you do?

All of them! We do birthdays, corporate events, weddings, festivals, holidays, churches, school events, mitzvahs, bars + restaurants, and whatever else you can think of.

Do you only offer 9 or 18 holes?

Those are our standard packages, but we can really do any number. If you have limited space, we offer a 3 hole package. Just reach out if you are looking for a number that doesn't match one of our packages!

How many people can play?

Usually around 50 people per hour on the 9 hole course, and 100 on the 18 hole course. It takes the average group of players around 20 minutes for 9 holes and 40 minutes for 18.

Will both kids and adults have fun?

Yes! Mini golf is good for all ages and all of our challenging obstacles have high risk-hole in one potential, but easier two-putt and three-putt routes for all skill levels. Our putter sizes range from toddler size to 6'4.

Can we choose which holes we want for the event?

Themes can be chosen, pending availability. Between our locations, we offer Pirates, Farm, Happy Gilmore, Jungle, Safari, Ocean, and various holiday themes. We can also do custom themes!

The 9 hole and 18 hole packages come with pre-selected holes matched to their themes. But if you are renting less than that, you may be able to choose the specific holes you want.

Is the attendant included in the price of the booking?

Yes. We staff an attendant to make sure that the experience is safe and enjoyable. They will keep everyone safe and explain the rules (Don't swing the putter, and don't step on the obstacles).

How do you accept payments?

Accepted Answer

We can take card or check, and require a 20% deposit to reserve the booking date. We can accept payments through p-cards and do tax exempt payments as well.

What type of access do you need to set up?

We just need a door! We can use stairs or elevators, but please let us know before hand if there could be any difficulties or long distances to carry the holes.

How long does set up and tear down take?

It takes about an hour for each setup and takedown for both 9 or 18 holes. Please let us know if there is going to be an elevator, stairs, or long walk to the access point so that we can plan accordingly.

Yes! We started out in St. Louis, the hometown of the founder. When he went back to college at Iowa State, we expanded there. We have local managers in each location.
